To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:

– The 30 day period begins from the date your order is dispatched
– Returns must be sent (and tracking number provided) within the 30 day period. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
– Refund is issued via your original payment method once the products are received by us.
